INGREDIENTS
A genuine reduction made with aged white Balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, carefully blended with quality South African grape vinegar, and gently infused with preserved cranberries. The skins have been removed but all the delicious fruit pulp remains.
CHARACTERISTICS
Light fruit-filled texture, smooth sweet and sour vinegar flavour, tart cranberry taste.
SUGGESTED USES
Use as a marinade with lamb, pork, game, duck, fish and shellfish. Use on salads, steamed and roasted vegetables.
