Sundried Turkish Figs Balsamic

INGREDIENTS
A genuine reduction made with aged dark Balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, carefully blended with quality South African grape vinegar, and gently infused with a mix of sun dried Smyrna figs from Turkey and tree-ripened black figs from the Klein Karoo.

CHARACTERISTICS
Medium thick texture, smooth sweet and sour vinegar flavour, strong tropical fig taste.

SUGGESTED USES
Use as a marinade with red meats, pork, game, and duck. Drizzle over cooked meats. Use on salads, steamed and roasted vegetables. Use as a dipping sauce with olive oil. Use on ice cream and with fresh cut fruit.
